Settings

The Settings page is where you control your account, notifications, and preferences. Everything is centralized so you can customize AssetInCloud to work your way.

Notification Integrations

Connect your favorite tools to stay ahead of expiring assets:

  • Slack Webhook URL → Paste your Slack webhook to get instant notifications. Grab it from Slack’s Incoming Webhooks app.

  • Telegram Chat ID → Use Telegram for alerts. Message @userinfobot to get your chat ID.

  • Click Save Integrations to lock in your settings.

  • Use Test Notifications to make sure everything works perfectly.

Profile Settings

  • Email & Display Name → Update your account info anytime.

  • Hit Save Changes to apply updates immediately.

Notification Settings

Choose how and when you get alerts:

  • Email Notifications → Receive reminders for expiring assets.

  • Weekly Reports → Get a digest of your assets every week.

  • Critical Alerts → Immediate alerts for urgent issues.

Security

  • Change Password → Keep your account secure.

  • Two-Factor Authentication → Coming soon for extra protection.

Appearance

  • Dark Mode → Switch between light and dark themes for comfortable viewing.
