Members

The Workspace Members page helps you manage who has access to your workspace and what they can do. Keep control, stay organized, and collaborate safely.


Invite Users

  • Click Invite User to send an invitation via email.

  • Assign a role for each invite (e.g., Administrator, User) to control permissions.

  • Invitations show in the Pending Invitations list until accepted.


Member List

See all current workspace members:

  • Member & Email → Identify who is in your workspace

  • Role → Know what each member can access

  • Joined → Track when they joined

  • Status → Active, pending, or inactive

  • Actions → Edit roles or remove members as needed


Pending Invitations

Keep tabs on invites you’ve sent:

  • Email & Role → Who you’ve invited and their assigned permissions

  • Invited / Expires → When the invitation was sent and when it expires

  • Actions → Cancel an invitation anytime


💡 Pro Tip: Grant roles carefully. Administrators can manage everything, while Users have limited access. Keep your workspace safe and organized.
